Dear Friends,
The trial for the man who killed Emily will finally begin this coming Tuesday, Jan 17 at 10 am at the LAX Courthouse.
The address is:11701 S. La Cienega Blvd., LA, 90045. We do not yet know the room number.
Your support and that of anyone who you know that may want to be there for us is greatly needed. Please pass this
on to anyone who may be interested to attend. There is a morning session from 10 am - 12 noon & an afternoon
session from 1:30 - 4 pm. You can attend a session for any length of time. The trial is expected to last for 2-3 weeks.
Our dear friend, Jerri Churchill, has volunteered to help coordinate a schedule, to ensure that we will always have
some support at all times. This is extremely important to us as it sends a clear message to the jury that people
care about Emily and what happened to her.
If you are able to attend - PLEASE EMAIL JERRI AT XNUN@AOL.COM & let her know what day(s) you can come
& what timeframe you can be there. Make sure she has your email address and cell phone number too.
If you have a neighbor or know of someone who does not know us personally, but might want to come to help us out,
please pass this email to them or have them contact Jerri.
We will be grateful for any amount of time you are able to come. The trial is expected to last for three weeks. It will
be very difficult for us & we hope to get through it with your help.
