Some of you may already know I have a Real Estate license, well for those of you who don't know ~ YES! I am a licensed Realtor in Honolulu ~ Hawaii....specializing in Residential Real Estate.
My grandfather was in the Construction Business since I was a little girl, and of course, my parents lived, upgraded & sold their homes during those many years!
I also have experience in construction, helping build my family's home in Hawaii ~ from being raw land, to soil tests, working with an Architect, Design , Blueprints and the actual Construction process in a Multi Million Dollar Neighborhood in Honolulu.....Hawaii....!
I have also worked in Commercial Real Estate ~ dealing with Business leases, among one of those is in the Retail Industry.
